Access to popular Ballybofey walk restricted for two weeks

The walk way behind MacCumhaill Park in Ballybofey

Restrictions come into place today, Monday at the popular footpath behind Sean MacCumhaill GAA pitch in Ballybofey.

Due to site investigation works as part of the Ballybofey – Stranorlar Flood Relief Scheme, the footpath from the Villa Rose Hotel to the N14 road bridge will have restricted access for the next two weeks.

The walk is used every day by recreational walkers and people who just like the view of Drumboe Woods and the River Finn.
