Gardaí have advised motorists to avoid the Lossett area in Gartan, due to a lorry that went off the road in the freezing weather conditions.
Roads were treacherous this morning with light overnight rain completely frozen over throughout the county.
"Due to weather conditions, a lorry is off the road on the R-251 at Lossett, please avoid this route if possible," a Garda spokesperson told DonegalLive. "Local Traffic Diversions will be put in place."
