Gardai seek red Skoda Fabia after Ballyshannon crash

Gardai have issued an appeal to the public for help in locating a red Skoda Fabia.

The appeal for information follows a traffic collision in the early hours of Thursday morning.

The crash occurred at Higginstown Cross, Ballyshannon on Thursday at approximately 1.05am.

“We are appealing for any sightings of a red Skoda Fabia partial registration '05 DL' in the areas of Donegal Town, Ballyshannon Town, Mountcharles or surrounding areas between the hours of 12am and 1.30am,” a Garda spokesperson said.

Bishop of Raphoe makes special presentation to Fr Niall Coll

Fr Niall Coll will be ordained as Bishop of Ossory next month. He will take to his new posting a special pectoral cross, which was given to the Raphoe Diocese by Pope John Paul II in 2000
