Selector Paddy Bradley and head coach Aidan O'Rourke before the Bank of Ireland Dr McKenna Cup Round 2 match between Down and Donegal at Pairc Esler in Newry in January
Aidan O'Rourke and Paddy Bradley will guide Donegal into the 2023 Ulster Championship.
There were doubts over the continuation of the pair following last week's resignation of Paddy Carr as manager last week.
O'Rourke and Bradley stayed in place for Sunday's Division 1 defeat by Roscommon at Dr Hyde Park.
While O'Rourke was very non-committal on his future after the 0-21 to 0-9 defeat on Sunday, the Armagh native will now remain with Bradley to assist.
O'Rourke took on the role of Head Coach alongside Carr when he was installed as manager in October.
Former Derry forward Bradley was recruited as a coach in November.
O'Rourke will be 'interim manager and head coach' for the Championship campaign, while the appointment of Antoin McFadden, a 2012 All-Ireland winner, is the new strength and conditioning coach.
Donegal was thrown into disarray and uncertainty last week when Carr stepped down as manager. Carr announced his resignation on Wednesday having met with three senior players – Patrick McBrearty, Eoghan Ban Gallagher and Hugh McFadden – in Monaghan the previous evening.
Donegal have less than four weeks now until they clash with Down in the opening round of the Ulster SFC on April 23.
