Casualty taken to hospital after incident at Lisfannon beach

The casualty was taken to Letterkenny Hospital for further treatment

A casualty has been taken to hospital after being removed from Lisfannon beach by ambulance.

Lough Swilly RNLI was alerted to the incident after 5pm on Monday by Malin Head Coast Guard.

The RNLI crew helped remove the casualty from the beach to an ambulance and they were taken to Letterkenny University Hospital for further treatment.
