John McNulty is the man entrusted with managing Donegal after being confirmed by the LGFA
Donegal LGFA have announced the appointment of John McNulty as new senior team manager.
"The Kilcar man has a wealth of knowledge and experience of coaching and managing across numerous age grades and levels," reads a statement from Donegal LFGA. "We would like to wish John and his incoming management team we very best of luck for the coming season and beyond."
Donegal have been on the lookout for a replacement for Maxi Curran, who stepped aside in July following Donegal’s loss to Dublin in the TG4 All-Ireland Senior Championship quarter-final in Ballybofey.
Donegal LGFA also confirmed that Paul Gillespie from Aodh Ruadh and Dessie McNamara of Realt na Mara have been named as as joint managers of their U-16s.
"Both men have plenty of experience between them and we are sure their combined knowledge with be great for the team," Donegal LGFA said. "We would like to wish Paul and Dessie and their backroom team the very best for the
season."
