Jim McGuinness will hand first competitive Donegal starts to five players in Wednesday night's Dr McKenna Cup Section A Round 1 opener against Armagh, throw-in 7:30pm.

Finbarr Roarty and Kevin McGettigan from Naomh Conaill are named in the full-back line, with St Eunan's Ciaran Moore at left half-back. Then, in the forward line, Oisin Caulfield from Na Rossa will wear the No 10 jersey, with Four Masters' Seanan Carr at left full-foward. 

Kilcar's Patrick McBrearty will captain the Donegal side, who travel to Omagh to take on Tyrone in their second fixture on Sunday.
