A Donegal dog owner is seeking help to find a beloved pet who has been missing for nine days.
According to a notice posted by Donegal SPCA, people are being asked to check back gardens for Lily the dog, who is missing from a petsitters in Killea since Saturday.
The post reads: "Lily does not know the area... she is a very timid dog and will not go to anyone. Please check your back gardens as she will be hiding under or behind."
Anyone with information is asked to contact the owner as soon as possible by text or phone on 078 354 23968, or by contacting the Donegal SPCA Facebook page.
