Today will be mainly dry with sunny spells to start with, although during the afternoon and evening, a few showers may develop

Donegal temperatures to reach as high as 22 degrees - but showers forecast later

Met Éireann have forecast that temperatures in Donegal will reach as high as 22 degrees today, Sunday.

Today will be mainly dry with sunny spells. During the afternoon and evening, a few showers may develop. Highest temperatures of 18 to 22 degrees with light northerly or variable breezes.

Tonight will be dry with clear spells. A few mist or fog patches may form. Lowest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees with light variable breezes.

Monday morning will be mainly dry with sunny spells. Showers will develop in the afternoon and evening, some heavy with thunderstorms, spot flooding and hail possible. Highest temperatures of 19 to 22 degrees with light easterly or variable breezes.
