Two Burnfoot schoolgirls were among those who welcomed Ireland's heroes back to Dublin airport following the Olympic Games in Paris.
Sisters Aoife (11) and Sophie Cullen (9) go to St Mura’s NS in Tooban and are both budding athletes with COD Swimming Club, North West Triathlon Club, City of Derry Junior Spartans and UKF Karate-Do Federation.
They managed to get photos with gold medal winner Rhys McClenaghan, who won the Men's Pommel Horse in gymnastics, and Daniel Wiffen. The swimmer took home a gold and in the men's 800m freestyle final, setting an Olympic record time of 7:38.19, and bronze in the 1500m breaststroke.
