The Urris GAA club is planning to add new floodlights to its home ground.

The Inishowen-based club has submitted a planning application to Donegal County Council.

Michael Farren, on behalf of the club, lodged the application with the local authority.

The club is seeking the green light to erect four 18-metre high floodlights to the perimeter of the pitch at Crampsey Park, Straid, Clonmany.

The application provides for all associated site works.

Donegal County Council say that a decision is due to be made by February 18, 2025.
