Donegal to have a mainly dry and mild Christmas Day

Today, Christmas Day, will be mild and rather cloudy, Met Éireann say.

Most places will be dry but a few patches of light rain and drizzle are possible, with highest temperatures of 11 to 13 degrees in moderate southwesterly winds, fresh again at times along the coast.

Staying cloudy and mild tonight, but potentially turning wet in parts as outbreaks of rain or drizzle move in from the west overnight. Lowest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees in a light to moderate southwesterly breeze.

Another cloudy day tomorrow, St Stephen's Day, with scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle, along with some mist patches. Highest temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees in light to moderate southerly winds.
