Marksman: How the Donegal players fared against Galway in Salthill

On a really difficult day for football at the windswept Galway City venue, Pearse Stadium, the new-look Donegal side were unable to make up the 16 point half-time deficit with Shane Walsh really on song for the home side

One of the successes on the day, the Gaoth Dobhair man hit a few good two pointers and was the most likely to haul Donegal back into contention.
