Declan McColgan, Iskaheen and Dublin
The sudden death has taken place of Declan McColgan late of Old Court Avenue, Firhouse, Dublin and Keady, Iskaheen, Co Donegal.
Declan will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his wife Mary, his children Oisín and Lauren, and their partners Lisa and Richard, his sisters Geraldine, Eibhlin, Veronica, Carmel, Marie, Brenda, Fiona, and Caroline, his brothers and sisters-in-law, his nieces and nephews, his aunt Suzie, and his extended family, friends, neighbours and co-workers.
Predeceased by his parents Denis and Sadie McColgan, and his brothers Peter and Kevin.
Wake and funeral arrangements will be announced later.
Philomena Taylor, Dublin and Mountcharles
The death has taken place peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, of Philomena Taylor, née Monahan, Rathfarnham, Dublin and formerly Mountcharles.
Beloved wife of the late Gordon, she is predeceased by her grandson Josh. Much-loved mother of Rosalind, Bridget, John, Jane and Marie-Claire, loving Nanny to David, Emma, Lora-Jane, Ross, Sarah, James, Jack, Robert, Luke, Oliver, Sebastian and Ariela, great-grandchildren Liadh, Ruby, Katie, Karla, Elle, Harry and Lila. Dearly missed by her sister Noreen, brothers Sean and Eamonn, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Her remains are reposing in Fanagan's Funeral Home Willbrook, Rathfarnham, on Sunday from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.
Funeral Mass on Monday in the Church of the Annunciation Rathfarnham at 10am followed by burial in Mount Venus Cemetery.

Tommy Graham, Donegal Town
The death has occurred peacefully in Letterkenny surrounded by his loving family, of Thomas (Tommy) Graham, Keeldrum, Clar Road, Donegal Town, F94 FK06.
Deeply regretted by his dearly beloved wife Frances, and daughters Charlotte (Gordon), Claudia (Nigel) and Lorraine (John), loving grandfather of Graham, Clinton, Samantha, Lavina, Stacey and Andrew.
House strictly private please.
Funeral service in Donegal Methodist Church at 2pm Sunday followed by burial in the Old Abbey Graveyard, Donegal Town.
Matt Moore, Letterkenny
The peaceful death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Matt Moore, 14 Ard Colmcille, Letterkenny F92 TCV4.
Deeply missed by his loving sons Ronnie, Mark, Stephen and Allister (Letterkenny), daughter Betty McGinty (Kincraigy, Manorcunningham), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, brother Willie (Crieve, Letterkenny), nieces, nephews and a wide circle of family, friends and neighbours. Matt is predeceased by his wife Isobel, daughter Margo Coyle and his brothers and sisters.
Wake at his late residence on Friday from 4pm until 10pm and on Saturdayfrom 12 noon until 10pm.
Funeral Service in the family home on Sunday at 2pm followed by interment in Gortlee Cemetery, Letterkenny.

Peter Boyle, Frosses
The death has occurred peacefully at Letterkenny University Hospital, of Peter Boyle, Derryherk, Frosses, formerly of Dysart, Letterbarrow.
Predeceased by his beloved wife, Mary and his infant daughter, Méabh, he is sadly missed by his extended family, his close relatives, neighbours and friends.
Peter’s remains will repose at his home at Derryherk, Frosses, F94P628 on Friday and Saturday from 2pm to 8pm. Anyone attending the wake are kindly asked to park at Frosses Hall where a shuttle bus service will run from 5pm to and from the wake. House private on the morning of the funeral.
Removal on Sunday afternoon for 1pm Requiem Mass in the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Frosses with internment afterwards in the Cranny Road Cemetery, Frosses. Peter’s funeral can be viewed on the church webcam

Brendan Silver, Dungloe
The death has occurred of Brendan Silver, Roscommon and Dublin, at his home in Caravan Road, Dungloe.
Survived by his heartbroken partner Anne-Majella, his sisters Patricia, Phil, Catherine Breege Anne and his brother Mick, his god-daughters Deborah and Catherine, the Gallagher and Quinn families, his niece and nephews and his many friends. He is predeceased by his mother Bridie, father Michael, sister Mary (USA), brother Gerard and John (USA).
The wake takes place at his home at (F94KP83) from 11am on Friday and Saturday with Rosary both nights at 8pm.
Funeral Mass will take place in St Crona's Church, Dungloe at 1pm on Sunday with burial in the old graveyard. Mass can be viewed on the church webcam
Catherine Stewart, Burnfoot
The death has occurred at Letterkenny University Hospital of Catherine (Kay) Stewart, Crislamore, Burnfoot.
Predeceased by her loving husband Patsy, and her brothers Denis and John Caldwell. Much loved mother of Sinéad and Patrick (Lisa). Loving grandmother of Conor and Niamh and dear sister of Annamarie Wilson, Jim and Joseph Caldwell. Deeply regretted and will be forever missed by her loving son, daughter, grandchildren, sister, brothers, extended family and friends.
Reposal of Kay’s remains continues at Murphy’s Funeral Home F93PW96 on Friday from 11am to 2pm and 4pm to 9pm. Family only on the morning of the removal.
Removal from there on Saturday at 10.15am travelling via her late residence at Crislamore to St Mura’s Church, Fahan for Requiem Mass at 11am. Interment will take place immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.

Jean Borland, Rathmullan
The peaceful death has taken place in Áras Uí Dhomhnaill Nursing Home, Milford, of Jean Borland, ‘Tigh na Bruaigh’, Red Brae, Rathmullan.
Deeply regretted by her nieces Emily, Rebecca, Susan, Eileen and Roslyn, nephew David, sister-in-law Marian, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her brothers Harry, Robert and Alex, sister Mary and nephews Moses and Thomas.
Reposing at the residence of her niece, Emily Borland, Red Brae, Rathmullan, F92 VK53, continuing on Friday from 11am until 10pm. Family time on the morning of the funeral.
Funeral Service on Saturday at 2pm in Rathmullan Presbyterian Church, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

James Davenport, Quigley’s Point
The sudden but peaceful death has taken place at the home of his daughter in Lordship, Dundalk of James Davenport, Ruskey, Quigley’s Point.
Predeceased by his wife Pat and much-loved father of James, Peter, Liam, Ann Patricia and Stephen. Devoted grandfather of Chloe (RIP), Ana, Lola, Edward, Caitlín, Evan, Emily, Darragh, Méabh, Jamie and Aaron. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his sisters and brothers, Eddie, Kathleen, Martin, John, Susan and Sarah, nieces and nephews, wider family circle, friends and neighbours.
James’s remains are reposing at his home (F93 A2T9) where all are welcome to pay respects. Family time from 12am to 10am.
Funeral from there on Saturday at 10am for 11am Requiem Mass in St Columba’s Church, Drung followed by Interment in the adjoining cemetery. Requiem Mass can be viewed live on www.stcolumbasdrung.net.

The death has occurred of Jim Kenny, Drumstevlin, Donegal Town.

Jim’s remains will arrive to St Mary’s Church Killymard on Friday for 7pm to reside overnight. House private please.
Jim’s requiem Mass will be on Saturday at 11am with burial immediately afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Moira Whoriskey, Derrybeg
The death has taken place at St Vincent’s Hospital, Dublin of Moira Whoriskey, née Gallagher of Stranacorkra, Derrybeg.
Predeceased by her parents Donal and Gracie and her brother Owenie. Sadly missed by her husband Charlie, daughters Karen (Andrei) and Emma, sons Neil Paul (Laura) and Stephen, sisters Noreen, Grace and Margaret, brothers Daniel, Henry, Paul and Sean and extended family and friends.
Her remains are reposing at her home in Stranacorkra (F92 F5P3), with wake continuing on Friday from 12pm to Rosary at 8pm. House private after Rosary and on the morning of the funeral.
Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at 11am in St Colmcille’s Church Cnoc Fola, burial afterwards in Magheragallon cemetery.

Stephen McCahill, Ardara
The tragic death has occurred of Stephen McCahill, at his home, in Beagh, Ardara, F94D1W9.
Stephen will be greatly missed by his heartbroken family. Forever cherished husband to Marietta, loving father to Gemma and Steven, adored father-in-law to Lauren, doting grandfather to Marykate, devoted brother and brother-in-law to Peter, Angela, Patricia (John), Desmond (Rose) and Bridie, and beloved uncle to his nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by his parents Eileen and Packie and his brother Micheal. Stephen will be sadly missed by the wider McCahill family, his much-loved Corner House family, his large circle of friends and neighbours, and everyone who benefited from his tireless work to help the communities of South West Donegal. Stephen’s legacy lives on in the many lives he touched.
His remains are reposing at his home, with wake continuing on Friday from 11am to 9pm. People attending the wake are advised to park at Ardara GAA pitch or the Dolmen Centre, Kilclooney, were a shuttle bus will be in operation. Family home private on Saturday morning please.
