Trevor Gallagher, Ramelton
The death has occurred of Trevor Gallagher, 170 St Mary’s Terrace, Ramelton, Co. Donegal, F92 T0H4, and Sliabh Glas House, Carnamuggagh, Letterkenny, February 20th, 2026, peacefully in Donegal Hospice.
Deeply regretted by his loving sisters and brothers, Mary, Monica (Paddy), Damien, Shirley (Jimmy), Charley, Kim (James) and Annmarie (Colin), aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Philomena and Dan and his brother Daniel.
Reposing at his home in Ramelton today, Saturday, February 21 from 5pm until 10pm and on Sunday from 12 noon until 10pm. Funeral mass on Monday at 12 noon in St Mary’s Church, Ramelton. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Maura Pierce (née Martin), Garvagh, Barnesmore, Donegal Town, peacefully, in Cheshire, England.
Predeceased by her father Peter and mother Maggie and brothers Paddy and Dessie. Sadly missed by her son Kevin, (Cheshire), her brother Brendan (Noreen) Garvagh, sister Doris (Norfolk) and extended family.
Maura’a remains will be returning to St Agatha’s Church, Clar, Donegal Town at 5.00pm approximately on Sunday, February 22 with her remains reposing overnight for funeral ceremony at 11am on Monday, followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.

Christy Molloy, Galway and Glenties
The sudden death has occurred of Christy Molloy, Loughrea, Co. Galway and formerly of The Rock, Glenties.
Predeceased by his parents, Rose and John and his baby niece Aisling.
Sadly missed by his sisters Mary (Edward R.I.P), Rosaleen, Anne (Pat), Edel (Tony), and brother Julian (Patricia), his nieces, nephews, grand-niece and grand-nephew, his many friends and neighbours.

The death has occurred at her home of Mary King, Fallask, Drumfries and formerly Pound Cottages, Burt.
Beloved wife of Mike, cherished mother of Fiona, Wendy Hegarty (Laurence), Sean, Nikki and Emma (Sonny).
Dear sister of Jim, Robert and Margaret McLaughlin.
Predeceased by her brothers Eamon, John and Cathal, sister Madge and grandson Calan.
Deeply mourned and will be forever missed by her loving husband, son, daughters, grandchildren, brothers, sister, extended family and friends.
Mary’s remains will be reposing at her daughter Wendy Hegarty’s home at Grange, Inch Island, F93 D9W9 on Saturday, February 21 from 5.00pm, where all are welcome to pay respects.

The death has occurred of Fr John McLaughlin, Fr SSC, Chile, Dublin Diocese, and Moville.
He passed away peacefully at Nazareth House, Fahan.
Predeceased by his parents, Charles and Maureen, and sister Anne (Farrell).

The death has taken place in Áras Ghaoth Dobhair of Pádraig Doherty of Strand Road, Derrybeg, former teacher and county councillor.
His remains will repose at Roarty’s Funeral Home Derrybeg on Thursday, February 19 from 12pm to 8pm. Rosary at 8pm.
Removal afterwards to the family home to repose on Friday from 12pm to 8pm.

Pádraig’s Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at 11am in The Church of the Sacred Heart, Dunlewey (F92 N668).
Interment afterwards in Magheragallon Cemetery.
