Human remains have been found in a vehicle that was on fire in Dublin on Monday.
Emergency services attended the scene on the Killeek Bridge, Killeek Lane, in north County Dublin shortly after 11am.
The human remains were found after members of the Dublin Fire Brigade put out the blaze.
The person’s body remains at the scene.
A post-mortem examination will be carried out to determine the nature of the investigation, gardai said.
