New apartments proposed for Kildare town and Newbridge, planning permission documents show

Planning permission documents lodged with Kildare County Council (KCC) show that new apartments have been proposed for Kildare town and Newbridge.

Applicant Maria Macari intends to construct a detached three-storey apartment development (second floor in attic roof space), consisting of four one-bedroom apartments (one at ground floor, one at the first floor, and two duplex apartments at the first and second floor) at Firecastle Lane in Kildare town.

Ms Macari is also seeking permission for a detached bike/bin store, connection to the public foul sewer and all associated site works.

The date received is listed as February 14, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as March 20 and April 10.

In addition, applicant Aryan Palvan wishes to seek permission for three first-floor apartments and all associated works at Henry Street, Newbridge.

This application notes that the apartments are to occupy where three offices were previously granted planning permission, under File Reference 19266.

The date received is listed as March 2, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as April 5 and April 26 respectively.
