A man was fined for a road rage offence which occurred in County Kildare.
Judge Desmond Zaidan made the decision at Naas District Court on Thursday, March 9 in relation to the case of 40-year-old Shane O’Brien, of Carrigreen, Baltinglass.
Dashcam footage of an argument between Mr O’ Brien and another motorist was shown to those who appeared in Naas District Court on Thursday, March 2.
On the latest court date, the judge convicted Mr O’ Brien for careless driving and fined him €500.
He also ordered Mr O’ Brien to donate €6,000 of his own money, which will be divided between a number of different charities.
