Four new dwellings have been proposed for Rathangan.
Documents lodged with Kildare County Council show that the residential development has been proposed at Millview Demesne in Rathangan by construction group Oakway Homes.
The company intends to one block of four two-storey, three-bed terrace dwellings. comprising of two Type E End Terrace 2 storey, three-bed dwellings and two Type E1 Mid Terrace two-storey, three bed dwellings, in addition to associated site works within existing housing development, Millview Demesne, previously granted planning permission (18517 and 201464).
The date received is listed as March 16 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as April 19 and May 10 respectively.
According to the business information website SoloCheck.ie, Oakway Homes also trades under the names Oakway Environmental and Civil Engineering Limited and Oakway Developments.
It was set up ten years ago and has an address at 98 Henry Street, County Limerick (V94 P8YT).
