New apartments proposed on the Tully Road near Kildare town (Eircode R51 F653).
According to planning permission documents lodged with Kildare County Council, the development has been proposed by Rimona Limited.
The applicant intends to demolish an existing house and garage at the site, and to construct ten apartments there (eight one-bed apartments and two two-bed apartments) in three separate buildings.
It is noted in the application that each building is a detached two-storey building.
Planning permission is also being sought for: landscaping, bin and bike store, entrance, connection to foul and surface water, and all associated site works.
The date received is listed as August 9, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as September 12 and October 3 respectively.
According to the business information website SoloCheck.ie, Rimona Limited was established in 2017.
It specialises in 'business and other management consultancy activities', and has an address listed as Scarton House, Priory Court, County Kildare.
