There has been an update in a drug-driving case previously heard in Naas District Court earlier this year.

Back in March, the court was told that Michael Kelly, of Ferrans Stud, Summerhill Road in Kilcock, had pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of cocaine at Church Street in Kilcock on February 23, 2020.

Judge Desmond Zaidan imposed a one-year driving disqualification on Mr Kelly, and also fined him €500, to be paid within three months.
