A burglary incident that occurred in Castledermot is currently being investigated by Kildare gardaí.
A spokesperson with An Garda Síochána told the Leinster Leader:
"Gardaí attended the scene of a burglary which occurred at a domestic premises in Newtown, Castledermot, County Kildare on the evening of Friday, September 22, 2023.
"A number of items were taken from the premises."
The spokesperson continued: "No arrests have been made at this time."
"Investigations are ongoing," they concluded.
