The Kildare and West-Wicklow Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (KWWSPCA) will be hosting a family-friendly event this Good Friday (March 29).
According to the KWWSPCA on its official Instagram account: "The Easter Egg Hunt is from 2pm to 4pm and the Dog Walk will start at 3pm on Good Friday, just inside the main entrance to Punchestown Racecourse.
"Everyone is welcome; there is plenty of free parking and entry is free, although donations are welcome."
The group continued: "There will be Easter eggs for the children, treats for the dogs and a raffle.
"Some of our rescue dogs, past and present, will be attending and going on the walk."
"The walk is on fairly level, solid ground and lasts about an hour," KWWSPCA concluded.
Please note that all dogs must be kept on leads.
