RIP to the late Margaret Bremner (née Connor), John Kinahan and Carmel Owens (née Dempsey).

The death has occurred of Margaret Bremner (née Connor)

Kildare.

Inverness and late of Ayrshire, Scotland, May 25, 2024.

peacefully in Naas General Hospital, after a short illness surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband John, deeply regretted by her daughters Kirsty and Fiona, son-in-law Mick, grandchildren Callum and Scott, sisters and their families, extended family and friends.

Rest In Peace.

May 26, 2024, peacefully in Naas General Hospital,surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents Christopher and Ellen, brothers Oliver and Noel, sisters Betty and Mary, sadly missed by his loving wife Bernie.

Deeply regretted by his children Jason, Eric, Stephanie and Theresa,grand-children Olivia, Tiarna, Sibhe, Sinead, Noah, Ruby and Pippa, sisters Helen and Loretta, brother Con, daughters-in-law Ciara and Kerry, son-in-law Kevin, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Oliver Reilly’s Funeral Home, Woods house, Clane (W91YPX4) on Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm with evening prayers at 7.30pm.

Removal from his residence on Thursday at approx. 10.30am to arrive at the Church of the Guardian Angels, Sallins for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Bodenstown Cemetery, Sallins.

The death has occurred of Carmel Owens (née Dempsey)

Beaufield Grove, Maynooth, Kildare.

May 24, 2024, peacefully, at the Hermitage Clinic, Lucan, Dublin, after a short illness.

Pre-deceased by her parents Carmel and Thomas, brother Martin.

Sadly missed by her loving husband Pat, deeply regretted by her children Miriam, Sarah, Rebecca (RIP) and Adam, sisters Mary, Theresa, Aileen, Bernadette, Antonine and Geraldine, grandchildren Luke, Matthew, Jake and Aoibheann, sons-in- law Gavin and Hong Jin, extended family and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home, Leinster Street, Maynooth (W23 V99E) on Monday from 4pm to 8pm with evening prayers at 7.30pm.

Removal from the funeral home on Tuesday at approx. 11am to arrive at St Mary's Church, Maynooth, for 11.30am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Laraghbryan Cemetery, Maynooth.

The family have requested that anyone attending Carmel’s funeral please wear a flower of your choice.

May 25, 2024 peacefully surrounded by her loving family, in the care of the wonderful staff in Maynooth Community Care Unit, pre-deceased by her loving husband Sean and son David.

Deeply missed by her loving children Maureen, Sean, Kevin, Gerard, Siobhan and Noel, sister Joan, sister-in-law Madeline, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, nieces, nephews, grand-children, great-grandchildren, extended family and a large circle of friends.

The death has occurred of Ann Cully (née Brady)

Grangeclare Paddocks, Oristown, Kells, Meath / Kilcullen, Kildare.

Formerly of London and Kilcullen.

Peacefully after a long illness in the care of the staff at Moorehall Lodge Nursing Home Drogheda.

Beloved daughter of the late Nancy and John and sister of the late John and Michael.

Sadly missed by her loving family; brother Frank, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, Peter Mooney, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Curtis' Balrath on Monday from 6pm until 8pm.

The funeral cortège will arrive at The Church of the Sacred Heart and St Brigid, Kilcullen, on Tuesday for Requiem Mass at 12 noon and thereafter to New Abbey Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Gordon Long

Leixlip, Kildare / Mountmellick, Laois.

May 24, 2024 (peacefully) in the loving care of St Brigid's Hospice, Kildare.

Much loved husband of Mabel (née Craig) and cherished father of Andrea, Melanie, Rachel and the late Janet.

An adored grandfather and great grandfather. 

He will be forever missed by his loving wife, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Charles, Colin, John and Emerson, brothers Ivan and Philip, (predeceased by his brothers George and Percy, and his sister Eva), brothers in-law, sisters in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Special thanks to his wonderful carers and all the staff at St Brigid's Hospice.

Gordon's Funeral Service will take in St Andrew's Church of Ireland, Lucan on Tuesday (May 28) at 11am followed by cremation in Newland's Cross Crematorium.
