A planning application has been submitted to Kildare County Council for the construction of four new homes at 22 Fairgreen, Dunmurray Road, Kildare Town, Kildare.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), a planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council on December 23 2024 for the sub-division of existing site and the construction of a small scale residential development.
The proposed development consists of three three-bedroom storey-and-half dwellings and one single-storey two-bedroom dwelling.
The plans also include shared car parking to the front of the site.
Also included are individual bin storage and bicycle parking to each dwelling; vehicular access via existing entrance with minor alterations to same to accommodate new development; connection to existing mains services; and all associated site drainage, landscaping and ancillary site works.
