Kildare County Council launches Affordable Housing Scheme in Naas, Kildare

Kildare County Council has today (Monday May 19 2025) announced the launch of an affordable housing purchase scheme at Lattin Place, Rathasker Road, Naas, Co Kildare.

This initiative offers an opportunity for private buyers to purchase one of eight newly built homes, aimed at first-time buyers and other eligible homebuyers. 

The scheme includes three 2-bedroom and five 3-bedroom dwellings, all conveniently located just minutes from Naas Town Centre and its local amenities, with easy access to the M7 and transport links to Dublin city centre.

The homes are expected to be ready for occupation by autumn 2025. 

The Affordable Housing Purchase Scheme is designed to support individuals in buying new homes at reduced prices. 

The online application process will open for applications at 9.00am on Wednesday May 28 2025, and will remain open until 5.30pm on Friday June 20 2025. 

The Affordable Housing Purchase Scheme is aimed at first-time buyers, with some exceptions. Eligible applicants are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the application process and required documentation, available at https://kildarecoco.ie/AllServices/Housing/AffordableHousing/
