ALERT: Gardai issue urgent appeal amid concerns for wellbeing of missing woman

Betty O'Shea, 62, from Athy, County Kildare has not been seen since Sunday

Gardai have issued an urgent appeal for help in locating a 62-year-old woman who has been reported as missing from her home in County Kildare.
They are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Betty O'Shea, from Athy who has not been seen since Sunday.

Betty is described as being approximately 5 foot 3 inches in height, with short grey hair and blue eyes. She has a tattoo on her left hand.

According to gardai, Betty was wearing black jeans and a black t-shirt when she was last seen.

In their appeal, they say both they and Betty's family are concerned for his welfare and are urgently seeking assistance in locating her.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the 62-yera-old is asked to contact Kildare garda station on 045 527730, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111, or any garda station.
