A planning application has been submitted to Kildare County Council for the construction of five new homes at an address in Celbridge, Co Kildare.
The €1.2m proposed development relates to a site at 240 Maynooth Road, Celbridge, Co Kildare.
The proposed development consists of the demolition of the existing three-bedroom, single-storey dwelling and the construction of five new homes.

According to Construction Information Services (CIS), the application date for the development was September 22 2025, and the decision date is November 16 2025.
The proposed development is to be comprised of: four semi-detached two-storey three-bedroom dwellings; and one detached single-storey 3-bedroom dwelling.
There is also to be new vehicular access involving the removal of the existing entrance gates and a portion of the existing front boundary wall, new boundary treatments and landscaping and all other ancillary site development works.
The architect for the project is Rory Kissane Architecture & Design.
