While on patrol recently, Leixlip Gardaí in Kildare stopped a vehicle on the M4.
A reg check showed it was registered to a black Mercedes van.
The driver was an unaccompanied learner with no insurance.
Both the van and caravan were seized under the Road Traffic Act.
A summons will issue in due course.
A message from An Garda Síochána Kildare stated: “Kildare North Roads Policing continuing to keep our roads safe. #NoInsuranceNoCar #RoadsPolicing #KeepingPeopleSafe #KildareNorth.”
