Part of Naas town centre (Market Square) will be cordoned off on November 29 and December 6 to facilitate Christmas markets and the arrival of Santa Claus in the town.

Kildare County Council says the parking spaces, including the taxi stand will be suspended and cordoned off on both dates.

The taxi rank will be temporarily moved for both dates to the parking spaces nearby. The disabled bays and the loading bay will not be suspended.
