This year’s celebration promises to be a magical mix of music, markets, and merry moments for all ages -  a day full of festive fun that will light up the hearts of locals and visitors alike.

Santa Claus makes his grand arrival at the town hall at 11am, escorted in style by the gardaí.

Members of the Garda Mounted Support, who police on horseback, will also be there.

He’ll meet and greet families throughout the day, spreading joy and Christmas cheer and kids are invited to bring along their wish lists.

The Christmas Market will be hosted between the Naas Plaza and the Potato Market, bringing a vibrant buzz to the town centre.

It will feature artisan stalls, festive treats, handmade crafts and unique gift ideas and it will be the perfect place to soak up the seasonal atmosphere. The markets will also return on Saturday, December 6, offering more opportunities to pick up those special festive finds.

It is hoped the lights will transform Naas into a winter wonderland, marking the official start of the festive season.

An exciting line-up of local acts and performers will take to the stage after the lights are turned on and there will be music, singing, and a joyful community atmosphere.

There’ll be fun for the whole family, from sing-alongs to spontaneous dancing.

Local businesses, volunteers, and performers have all come together for the event which will celebrate local talent.
