Responding to questions from Judge Desmond Zaidan, the woman said he is having sex with her without her consent.

Judge Zaidan remarked that this is a very serious allegation and

He said she should talk to the gardaí and a female garda would likely be assigned to deal with her claim.

The woman further claimed that the man, who was not present or represented, is not providing for the children and he wanted her to sign over the house to him as well as her car.

She stated that the dwelling is a family home in both their names.

The woman said there was a GPS tracker device on her car and "I didn’t know it was there.”
