A planning application has been lodged for a €3.5 million residential development in Osberstown, near Naas, Co. Kildare.
The proposed project at Oldbridge Station and Station Way comprises a three-storey apartment block and a detached house on a 0.558-hectare site.
The main element of the scheme consists of a single three-storey block accommodating 14 residential units.
These include seven two-bedroom apartments at ground floor level and seven three-bedroom duplex units across the first and second floors.

In addition, the plans provide for a two-storey detached house to the side of an existing dwelling, bringing the total number of residential units to 15.
The development will also include vehicular access from Oldbridge Station, car parking, connection to mains sewer services, landscaping works, boundary treatments, bin and bike storage facilities, and all associated site development works.
The total floor area of the proposed development is 1,522 square metres. The project is categorised as a private new-build residential scheme.
The applicant is David O’Rourke and the architect for the project is Marbo Consultants Ltd.
