A man being prosecuted for allegedly sending pictures of his private parts to two girls has been sent forward for trial to the Circuit Court.
The man, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, appeared at Naas District Court.
A previous court hearing was told that both videos and images were sent to the girls, who were aged 16.
The incident is alleged to have taken place in Co Kildare between June 1, 2020 and June 28, 2020.
Sgt Dave Hanrahan said one injured party claimed to have received 42 messages and 25 missed calls while the other alleged 23 messages and one missed call.
