Gardaí in County Kildare have arrested a drunk-driver who crashed through a roundabout on the Sallins bypass.
According to the official Garda Traffic account on Twitter: "Naas RPU arrested a driver at the weekend for drunk and dangerous driving after crashing through roundabout on Sallins bypass and failing to stop after collision.
"Driver charged and will appear in court soon."
The account added that Kildare County Council had to be called to treat the road after fuel and oil leaked from car.
