An extra childcare space is being sought for area in Clane.
Documents lodged with Kildare County Council show that Le Monde Holdings Limited is seeking planning permission from the council to construct the space at Aughamore, Loughbollard Commons, Clane.
Specifically, the group intends to seek a change of use of a portion of the building area (120.8m2) to facilitate additional childcare space for children 5-12 years of age, along with all other associated works.
This new facility would be ancillary to the main creche facility already approved at Aughmore.
The date received is listed as March 14, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as April 17 and May 8.
According to the business information database SoloCheck.ie, Le Monde Holdings Ltd was established in 1990 and specialises in the development and selling of real estate.
It also trades as Westar Group Holdings.
