58 new residential units have been proposed for Naas.
Andrews Construction Ltd is seeking consent from Kildare County Council (KCC) to construct the development at Sallins Road, Oldtown Demesne in Naas.
The proposed development would take place on a site of circa 1.26 hectares, and would consist of 44 apartments/duplex units comprising of: 10 one-bed apartments; 24 two-bed apartments; six three-bed apartments and four three-bed duplexes.
It would also consist of 14 houses, comprising of: six four-bed semi-detached units; six three-bed semi-detached units and two four-bed detached units.
Planning permission is also being sought for the formation of a new vehicular access and a new pedestrian/cycle access from the Sallins Road (R407) through the existing 'demesne curtilage' wall, including the respective partial demolition(s) of this structure, Oldtown House and its curtilage wall is a Protected Structure (RPS No. NS19-072), the extension of a pedestrian/cycle access from the site to the north.
Andrews Construction Ltd was established in 1972 and has an address in Mullingar.
