A water disruption is currently affecting an area in Hawkfield, Kildare County Council has said.
The council said in a statement: "Our water works crew are currently on site investigating a burst water main in the Hawkfield area.
"Due to the complex nature of the works involving Eir infrastructure the water supply to a small number of houses will be disrupted until approximately 5pm this evening.
"These properties are located near the Hawkfield Veterinary Clinic, Milltown."
