Multiple driving offences were detected by gardaí on the Kildare-Wicklow border yesterday.
According to the official Garda Traffic account on Twitter: "Gardaí attached to the Baltinglass Roads Policing Unit conducted a number of checkpoints in the county with RSA Ireland and Wicklow County Council.
"Several offences were detected, including tyres in a dangerous condition and a disqualified driver."
"Prosecutions to follow," the account added.
