The Irish Defence Forces (DF) has said that large military convoys on the move the Dublin City environs from July 27 to July 30.
According to a DF spokesperson: "Military convoys will be travelling along M7 eastbound to McKee Barracks, Blackhorse Avenue, Dublin 7.
"The convoys will move along the M50 Northbound to Junction 6, along the Navan Road, through the Phoenix Park.
"This is to facilitate the Defence Forces Open Day which is taking place in Farmleigh House, Phoenix Park this Saturday, June 29, from 11am to 5pm."
The spokesperson concluded: "This event is free and open to all members of the public to attend."
