PLANNING BRIEF: Residential development proposed for site in Naas, County Kildare

A small residential development has been proposed for a site in Naas.

A planning permission application lodged with Kildare County Council show that Clane Village Developments Limited intends to to construct the development at Mill Lane, which is located on the Sallins Road.

The applicant intends to construct four detached two-storey dwellings with attic accommodation, associated open space, parking, alterations to the existing entrance from Mill Lane and front boundary wall onto Mill Lane internal roads, public lighting connections to the existing foul and surface water infrastructure, landscaping and all associated site works.

The site is within the curtilage of Friars House, which is a protected structure.

The date received is listed as December 21 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as February 2 and February 23 respectively.

According to the business information website SoloCheck.ie, Clane Village Developments Ltd was established in 1993.

It specialises in the 'development and selling of real estate' and has an address listed as Rahandoon, Sallins, County Kildare.
