A change of use is being sought for the premises of a clinic located in Naas.
Planning permission documents show that applicant Catherine Kerin is intending to make the changes to 10 Green Gate, Kilcullen Road, Naas, County Kildare (The Foot Clinic).
The applicant is seeking permission from Kildare County Council for the change of use from retail to residential premises, for a one-bed apartment in the existing unit.
She is also seeking permission for a new window formed on the elevation to the Kilcullen Road.
In addition, permission for two car parking spaces (to be allocated to this development in the adjoining yard) is also being sought by the applicant.
The date received on the application, which is currently in the pre-validation stage, is listed as January 10 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as February 13 and March 5.
