A total of 29 residential dwellings have been proposed for Ballitore.
Kestorra Limited has lodged a planning permission application in relation to the proposed development at Ballitore in Athy.
According to the application, the company is seeking permission to construct 29 dwellings, which would consist of: eight apartments in two two-storey blocks, eight terraced houses in two two-storey terrace blocks, 10 semi-detached two-storey houses, and three detached houses.
It further notes: "The development would also consist of a new recessed vehicular entrance, provision of part transportation objective T1, as defined in the KCC Development Plan 2023-2029, individual bin/bike stores for each apartment and mid-terrace units, connection to foul water sewer, new footpath connecting to existing footpath and all associated ancillary site-works."
The date received in the application is listed as March 4 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as April 7 and April 28 respectively.

It specialises in the 'management of real estate on a fee or contract basis.'
