A talented County Kildare baker will appear on RTÉ's Nationwide programme at the end of the month, it has been confirmed.
Aisling O'Toole, who hails from Monasterevin, informed the Leinster Leader that she will appear on the programme on Monday, April 29.
She will join broadcaster Mary Fanning on the programme.
In addition, Aisling has just launched a brand-new website: https://www.tasteofhome.ie/.
BACKGROUND
Previously, in 2021, Aisling took home the top prize at Aldi's National Brown Bread Baking Competition 2021, and later that year, her award-winning brown bread went on sale.
Then, after a complete rebranding, Aisling’s Brown Bread was launched in Dunnes Stores during the last week of April 2023, and according to Aisling, her brand 'is going from strength to strength.'
Most recently, Aisling has recently launched a new product in Dunnes Stores: 'Aisling’s Protein Loaf.'
