The Curragh has announced that Infinite Energy will join their list of race sponsors at the Tattersalls Irish Guineas Festival for the first time this year. 

The County Carlow based company have already created a major impact as one of the leading industrial, commercial and residential solar PV and battery specialists in Ireland since launching in 2022.

Evan Arkwright, Racing and Sponsorship Manager The Curragh said, “We are delighted to be associated with one of the most exciting and innovative Irish based companies in the world of renewable and sustainable energy and we look forward to working pro-actively with Niall and his team to generate new business for them and welcome their existing customers to the races.”

The inaugural running of the Infinite Energy Premier Handicap with total prize money of €50,000 takes place on day two of the prestigious weekend.

Niall Fenlon, Managing Director of Infinite Energy said, “We, Infinite Energy, are delighted to be partnering with The Curragh Racecourse via sponsorship of the €50,000 Infinite Energy Premier Handicap on one of the biggest weekends in the Irish Racing Calendar. We recognise the importance of the Irish Racing and Breeding industry and its contribution to the Irish Economy. Down the line, we may be lucky enough to help stakeholders looking to address their sustainability requirements. We are delighted to get involved and look forward to a great weekend – with some well-overdue sunshine for all.

“As an additional incentive, we will be providing all participants in the ‘Infinite Energy Premier Handicap’ a €500 voucher towards a Solar PV system for their home or business. We are planning something more exciting for the winner – which will be announced closer to the race.”
