Work on a new sports training complex in South Kildare is due to start in 2025.
Kildare County Council granted planning permission in 2023 for the two-storey facility at Crookstown Millview Athletic Club.
It's understood that project is currently securing funding.
It is anticipated that the tender process will commence by Q2 2024.
The total floor area of the project is 418.7 square metres and the area of the site is 3.16 hectares.
The estimated construction value of the project is over €700,000, according to Construction Information Services database.
Also in the plans is a wastewater treatment system.
