Tenders have been returned and are currently being assessed for the construction of ‘St. Patrick's Park’ Rathangan, Co Kildare.
The proposed development consists of seven new residential houses, demolition of 15 existing houses, and refurbishment of 23 existing houses.
Included are works to construct new footpaths, parking and all associated site development and landscaping works.
Suitably qualified contractors are invited to submit tenders.
The architects are Poga Consulting Engineers / McCrossan O'Rourke Manning Architects.
Construction Information Services (CIS) understands that works are expected to proceed to construction in 2025.
