Naas Courthouse
A woman told Naas District Court her husband smashed a back patio door before entering the house.
She said this happened after she refused to let him in.
She further alleged that her husband, who was not present or represented, hit her in front of the children.
She further alleged she was pushed to the ground and kicked twice.
She said this was witnessed by the children.
Judge Desmond Zaidan granted an interim protection order and adjourned the matter to July 14.
