Disqualified driver arrested in Naas travelling double the speed limit under influence of cannabis
Gardaí in Naas arrested a disqualified driver while carrying out speed checks last Friday, 3 January.
Naas Gardaí were carrying out speed checks last Friday when they found this car travelling at 129kp/h in a 60kp/h area.

They were stopped and it was found that they were disqualified and had no insurance.
They also tested positive for cannabis.

The gardaí discovered the car travelling 129km/h in a 60km/h zone.
When gardaí stopped the vehicle, they found that the driver was in fact disqualified and had no car insurance.

In addition to this, the driver tested positive for cannabis.
The driver was arrested by gardaí.
