Kildare's Nathan Collins has been named the new Brentford club captain. The Leixlip man will lead The Bees under new manager Keith Andrews and alongside Ireland team and new Brentford signing Caoimhín Kelleher.

Collins broke the Irish transfer record with his £23million move to Brentford in 2023, as well as being the most expensive signing in Collins' new club's history at that time.
